CWU Student Resources - Central Washington University has a variety of services it offers Everett students. Academic advising, writing labs, financial aid counseling, and more is all a click away.
UC Resource Room - The University Center Resource Room provides extensive program materials from our six university and college partners as well as additional material from other universities that serve residents of North Snohomish, Island, and Skagit Counties. We also have supplies of such forms as college applications and financial aid forms.
Test Proctoring - The University Center is an approved test proctoring site for many colleges and universities. Students of the seven participating universities and colleges receive free proctoring while non-member students pay a $25 fee per test. The proctoring schedule is on a first come, first serve basis. Proctoring is by appointment during office hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am to 8 pm, Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm. Be aware that we will not schedule exams with end times later than 15 minutes before closing. Remember to plan ahead when scheduling an exam. Call 425.259.8900 for an appointment. Note our location is on Everett Community College's campus, Gray Wolf Hall. Use the campus map and driving directions links to plan your visit. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your exam time to ensure parking.
Technology - The University Center resource room provides computers for partner student use. The computers have up-to-date software, high speed Internet access, DVD drives, and multimedia digital interfaces. These computers are very useful for students who wish to enroll in distance learning courses but lack the appropriate computer capacity at home.
Many distance learning students enjoy meeting and working with student peers to supplement their on-line learning. If possible, the instructor and site staff will arrange space and times for students to come together to visit and share their learning.
Support for Students with Disabilities - University Center provides open facilities access and appropriate furniture for students with disabilities. University Center also works with University partners to support students with proctoring and other selected services. Students requesting services should contact their university’s Disabilities Support Services Office.
