University Center Facility
The University Center Facility at Everett Station is a state-of-the-art
learning/meeting facility, conveniently located near I-5. The conference
rooms and classrooms provide a comfortable setting for business
meetings and training sessions.
Room Types - The conference rooms are board
room style with very comfortable seating with capability for small group multimedia
presentations and teleconferencing. The classrooms and computer labs are equipped
with state of the art technology to meet the needs of educational institutions
and businesses for classes, presentations, meetings and/or interactive video
and telephone conferencing. Technology includes: high speed Internet access,
projection devices, document cameras, VCRs, computers (with DVD/CDRW drives,
and multimedia digital interfaces), ISDN and IP videoconferencing capabilities,
and the ability to receive programming via satellite. Standard office technology
is also available, i.e. fax, phone, copy machine, color printer, scanner, and
CD burners. Wireless connectivity can be made available thorughout the facility.

Room Rentals - All rooms are
available for rental. Rates vary based upon the size and type of
room requested, technology required and length of time that the
room is in use. A variety of technology is available including use
of dedicated computer labs, videoconferencing equipment and live/taped
Satellite broadcasts. A Facility Use Agreement is required to be
completed prior to use of a room. Detailed usage rates, and other
